The modern Nová Karolina Park office building is situated in the large, newly urbanized Nová Karolina area. The project was designed by Vít Máslo and David R. Chisholm of CMC Architects. The building is conceived as a single volume with an open walk-through “palazzo” atrium with two entrance gates. Greenery is planted in both the courtyard, which is limited by the mine protection zone, and the free areas. Nová Karolina Park will be certified under BREEAM as a “green building”.

The administrative part with an area of 24,600 m2 on six floors consists of attractive office space. Another 2,900 m2 on the ground floor is reserved for businesses and related services, while the underground floor is used as a car park with 280 parking spaces.
