Building A1 is part of the second stage of the development between the Černá Louka exhibition grounds and Nová Karolina. 134 residential units with layouts from 1 + kitchenette to 4 + kitchenette on six above-ground floors. The half-sunk basement houses commercial units, parking spaces and utility rooms. The courtyard provides both front gardens and a common garden with a number of elements for seating and playing. Apartment house A1 forms a semi-enclosed part of the block and will be supplemented with other buildings in the subsequent stages.
