Office Europe center constists of two separate buildings on the periphery of a new Hagibor district on the border of Žižkov and Stašnice. Ground floor includes business units, restaurants, entrance lobbies to offices that will be located in above-ground storeys. Underground storeys will be used as utility rooms and parking area. Charging stations for electric cars and wheelhouses will be part of the garages. The facade is made up of light outer shell, that is complemented by visible panels of Alucobond material and the system of fixed metallic shading slats. The roofs are combined of terraces and greeneries. Both buildings aim for the highest office standard certification LEED PLATINUM. A construction of a new signalized intersection in the Vinohradská street and a modification of the Vinohradské hřbitovy tram stops positions are included in the project.
