A newly built commercial and entertainment centre with 104 shopping units is designed by the worldwide renowned architecture firm of Chapman Taylor. It is located near the centre of Kladno and therefore the construction of a footbridge over Petra Bezruče Street was also included in the project. The shop and service area covers 26,000 m2 and offers 670 parking spaces. The building consists of two underground floors with garages, facilities and technical areas. Furthermore, there are two floors of the actual centre with shopping units interconnected via enclosed shopping arcades lined by display windows on both sides. Arcades are located on the floors, one above another, connected via escalators and travelators allowing smooth movement of visitors not only between the individual arcades but also between the arcades and the parking lots on the underground floors. Apart from the standard surfaces, the cladding also includes a textile façade and part of the perimeter incorporates the façade from the original historical building.
