This residential development is located in the north-western part of Olomouc – Neředín. It consists of two residential blocks, each with three above-ground floors and basement parking. On a section of the flat roof, “family” houses with gabled roofs have been added as an extension. These houses are completely clad in titanium-zinc (TiZn) sheeting and feature large-format frameless glass infills.

The most distinctive features of the façades, which face a public green space, are the horizontal balconies that run along the entire length of the buildings. Conversely, on the street-facing façades, steel-and-timber balcony structures are suspended, and the entire façade surface is covered by a pre-moundted trellis structure for climbing plants.

The ground-floor flats have front gardens that connect directly to their interior spaces. The façades also include metal balcony railings and shading louvres facing Okružní Street.

The main pedestrian entrances to the buildings are designed to be in the space between the blocks. This area also serves as a small public piazza, which includes commercial units located on the ground floor of the buildings. This piazza also acts as an entry point to the adjacent small park.
