The goal of the overall renovation is to give the twelve-floor building a modern hotel look and exquisite interior design. Situated in a quiet part of Prague 9 near the city centre, the hotel consists of two buildings connected through a communication neck. Designed as a roofed arcade, a lobby and a reception desk have been development in the ground-level passage under a glass roof. A street café complements the courtyard opening onto the main street, with a terrace erected on the onteh side in the direction of the car park. Conference rooms are situated underground. The hotel entrances have been given a completely new look and connect seamlessly to the public space. State-of-the-art technology was applied during the renovation to ensure maximum comfort for guests.
