Administrative building DOCK IN THREE, Prague

The seven-storey administrative complex with wavy facade and 180 m2 of terraces in total is a follow-up to two previous stages of offices DOCK IN. From those our company worked on the second stage – DOCK IN TWO. The facade consists of continuous horizontal window sills in black and white. Between the window sills there are windows created from the profiles of the light peripheral cladding. The terraces, which divide the facade and give it another function, were created thanks to the geometry of the turning facade. The new L-shaped building can offer 15 000 m2 of rentable office space in high standard and additional 1500 m2 of commercial space for restaurants and services. At the same time a one-hectare relaxation park in the neighbourhood will be opened as well as a running track and a pedestrian bridge, which will directly connect the area with the Libeň Bridge. The building has three basement floors which are used for parking and as a technical and stock base for the site. Building DOCK IN THREE was designed in a way which allows it to receive a prestigious global certification LEED Gold for long-term sustainable projects.
