Vila Park Tabulový Vrch was awarded the title 2021 Building of the Year of the Olomouc Region

More than 30 projects of the whole region took part in the competition this year. The five category awards were decided by the expert jury, that has assessed the architecture with the overall building contribution, the spatial and functional aspects, the construction works quality and the materials used, the quality reached according to the total costs and the integration into the surroundings and the relationship to the environment. The competition announcer is the Olomouc Region in cooperation with the Czech Chamber of Authorized Engineers and Technicians, the Czech Union of Construction Engineers and the Union of Construction Entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic, Olomouc.

When completed, the healthy living over the city project will offer 460 apartments in 7 stages. The project’s developer is GEMO DEVELOPMENT, spol. s r.o., the general contractor is GEMO a.s.
