Vila Park Tabulový Vrch has been nominated for the 2021 Building of the Year Award

Of the 92 registered projects, it has been included in the 33 nominated projects that have proceeded to the next phase in the 29^th year of this prestigious expert competition. The winning ceremony takes place on the 18^th of October in the Bethlehem Chapel in Prague traditionally.

The expert jury has assessed the registered buildings from various points of view pertaining to the quality of the project, such as the investment plan, effectiveness, integration into the environs, architecture, efficiency, innovation, quality of the construction work and the materials, permanent sustainability, energy demands, wheelchair access and other criteria associated with their realisation.

The first stage of the Vila Park Olomouc residential area, Stage B, includes a total of 9 low, three-story villa buildings with 76 residential units, 2 commercial units and a children’s playground with play equipment.

The location’s design is the work of the internationally active CHYBIK+KRISTOF ASSOCIATED ARCHITECTS s.r.o. architects’ studio, while the project developer is GEMO DEVELOPMENT, spol. s r.o. and the general contractor is the GEMO a.s. building company.
