Opening Ceremony of the Transport Terminal Kuřim

The whole reconstruction and modernization of the current bus station took place in the full operation and contributed its capacity increase. The four platforms are roofed and equipped with the modern technologies – energy-saving lighting, clear information system, wi-fi points, charging stations for mobile phones and the elegant furniture.

The reconstruction includes the parking capacity increase of the location to 43 places and 24 lockable bike boxes while some of them allow the electric bikes charging. The construction of sewerage, water supply, public lighting, and the renewal of the road surfaces and pavements in the Nádražní Street took place simultaneously with the reconstruction.

The city of Kuřim is the project investor. The main designer is the Design and Engineering Office Ing. Jiří Bajer. The author of the terminal roofing is the mmcité company.
