Stages A1 and A2 involve the construction of the first buildings for the new manufacturing facility of MILACRON Czech Republic in Polička. The total built-up area is 30,000 m2, with buildings covering nearly 12,500 m2 and roads 8,250 m2. Construction of both stages, A1 and A2, is interconnected. The building consists of one-storey, reinforced concrete prefabricated production and warehouse halls intended for the supply of technologies and equipment for the manufacturing of injection moulding machines for the production of plastic liquid containers (the average weight of manufactured machines is 30 t). Implementation includes the supply of technologies necessary for planned production such as the supply of travelling cranes, technological cooling, compressed air distribution and preparation for the supply of paint shop technology. Another building adjacent to the hall is a two-storey office building without a basement. The project includes implementation of an auxiliary building with waste management and equipment for maintenance of the facility and the gatehouse. Both construction stages include paved areas with parking for customers and employees, fencing, entrance gates and retaining walls of reinforced concrete.
