The future shopping center with a total rental area of more than 13,000 m2 will replace the existing outdated Jabloň Shopping Centre, the temporary market stalls and gym building. Located in the historical centre of the town between Komenského, Generála Mrázka and Machova streets, the project offers excellent access for pedestrians and public transport riders. The project also includes a new park concept. The architectural design of the new shopping centre fully respects and ties in with the existing surrounding development and sloped terrain. The building has an irregular shape with dimensions of approximately 143 x 107 m, with one underground and three above‑,,,ground floors and three built‑,,,in mezzanines. The building utilises a reinforced concrete system combined with reinforced concrete peripheral walls, hallway core walls and lift shafts. Rental units are situated on all floors, with the ground floor dominated by covered parking spaces, the interior supply court and a supermarket. Additional rental units are located on the 1st and 2nd floor, the 2nd floor also features the food court and restaurants. Technological equipment is placed mainly on the roof behind acoustic barriers. The main movement space for the entry of visitors to the various business units is a gallery running through all of the floors. The passageway is connected vertically by escalators, travelators and lifts.
