The specialised centres of GEMO a.s. have rich experience of the implementation teams and high-quality technical facilities of the corporate logistics park in Hněvotín near Olomouc. Thanks to our specialised centres, we are able to provide comprehensive services for general construction contracts and for individual deliveries of parts of buildings and selected trades in the civil engineering segment.
Electro Centre
Our experience and technology allow us to carry out electrical installations quickly, efficiently and economically. The scope of our activities ranges from free consultations in the assessment of construction, repair and reconstruction plans and designing to the actual implementation.

Machinery and Transport Centre

Sanitary Installation and Central Heating Centre
We provide services in the field of technical equipment for buildings, from consultation and design to implementation, servicing and maintenance.

Plasterboard Centre
The wide range of our activities allows us to carry out construction quickly, efficiently and economically.

Steel Structure Centre
We deliver steel structures, from design and production all the way to assembly. Our priority is quality, adherence to the technological procedures of production and assembly in accordance with the principles of certification of the manufacturer according to ČSN EN 1090-1,2 and the Certificate of Conformity of Production Management.

Armouring Centre
Annually we process 3,000 tonnes of steel, intended mainly for monolithic structures.

- Bending and shearing of concrete steel in accordance with drawings
- Production of hooping on the Twinmaster 16 automatic machine
- Sale of KARI nets, and their bending and cutting according to the PD
- Ensuring the placement of reinforcement and nets on the construction site
- Transportation of products to the construction site via our own truck with hydraulic arm
Utility Line Centre
We carry out the construction of utility lines and outdoor roads within our own development projects, public contracts and for private investors. We take advantage of our specialists’ many years of experience in the implementation of orders, from project development to the actual execution of the construction along with commissioning.

Monolithic Structure Centre

Special Foundation Centre
We offer comprehensive services in the field of specialised foundations, from foundation design to implementation. We use the classic rotary hub technology and the CFA technology for the foundations of buildings. Our team consists of experienced technicians and workers with many years of experience in the field.
