Particularities

The residential development is a set of three-storey villa houses situated on the western outskirts of Olomouc. The five blocks form separate stages and functional units and are centred around their own private courtyard. The first stage, marked “B”, involves the construction of nine villa houses, where 76 residential units with layouts from 1 + kitchenette to 4 + kitchenette are located. Each above-ground floor houses no more than three apartments, with no more than six to nine apartments sharing the same entrance as a result. The main living rooms are complemented by spacious loggias and all the apartments on the ground floor have their own front garden with a terrace. The following stages of the project will add a sports and recreational trail, sports grounds, places for rest and children’s playgrounds.   The entire site has been designed by the Chybík + Krištof Architectural Studio, which has won several prestigious architecture and design awards, including the American monthly Architectural Record’s Design Vanguard Award in 2019.
