Construction of shopping centre in Kolín commences

The construction of a new shopping centre in Kolín was launched with the ceremonial laying of the cornerstone on Wednesday, 30 January 2008. The new 10,000 m² facility will offer customers a supermarket, a retail gallery with 50 shops, restaurants, cafés, fast food operations, and parking. The developer of the approximately CZK 450 million project is the Danish company TK Development, a firm with a great deal of experience with similar projects. The project investor is the firm GE Real Estate and the general contractor is GEMO OLOMOUC, spol. s r.o.
