Foundation stone laid for the “Prague Outlet Center”

The foundation stone for the first outlet center in Prague-Štěrboholy was laid during the ceremonial commencement of construction at 5 p.m. on 29 May 2007.

The project is a unique retail opportunity directly in Prague, the main tourist destination in the Czech Republic.

Phase I of the “Prague Outlet Center” offers 80 brand-name shops in an area of over 18,000 m² with 1,200 parking spaces. The center will also include 12 restaurants and cafés with outdoor seating and a children’s playground. The entire complex has been designed with the goal of offering customers a pleasant atmosphere, which along with a wide selection of name-brand shops provides many reasons for frequent visits.
